The cuvée is made from more than 100 different wines, with 20-30% reserve wines being used. These carefully selected reserve wines give the Champagne Brut Impérial additional maturity, complexity and consistently high quality. The blend combines the three classic Champagne grape varieties in perfect balance. Pinot Noir (30-40%) provides body and structure, Pinot Meunier (30-40%) brings suppleness and fruitiness, while Chardonnay (20-30%) is responsible for finesse, freshness and elegance. With a dosage of around 7 g/l, this French Brut champagne is dry, harmonious and balanced.
