This Spanish brandy, produced in the Andalusia region, is based on a meticulously selected blend of Airén and Ugni Blanc grapes and selected brandies from Cognac, France. The grapes that serve as the basis for this brandy are grown in the renowned wine-growing region of Jerez in southern Spain, which is known for its climatic and geological conditions.

For ageing, Ysabel Regina brandy is stored in historic, 100-year-old barrels that were previously used to store Pedro Ximénez sherry. This practice gives the brandy an exceptional depth of flavour and complexity. The use of these specific barrels allows a subtle transfer of the characteristic aromas and sweetness of Pedro Ximénez sherry to the brandy, making it unique in its flavour structure and profile.
