Cantine Scolari was founded in 1929 and is located in the picturesque region of Valtènesi, on the western shore of Lake Garda. This area has been prized for centuries for its fertile soil and mild microclimate, which is ideal for growing vineyards, olive groves and lemon orchards.

The Scolari Munià Cuvée Spumante, an outstanding sparkling wine, is produced using white winemaking techniques. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C with selected yeast strains in order to optimally preserve the aromas. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is cooled to -4°C and carefully filtered. Finally, it is transferred to a second autoclave using the isobaric technique, which emphasises its freshness and liveliness.
