Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Gianduia chocolate, which originated in Piedmont in 1806, is known for its intense flavour of cocoa and nuts, which also forms the basis of this liqueur. With its sweet, creamy dark chocolate and fine nougat notes, this liqueur is a winner all along the line. It is also vegan and lactose-free, making it appealing to a wide range of connoisseurs.
