The Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in the south-west of Ireland. The distillery was founded in 2012 by the three visionary entrepreneurs Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley, who are part of the "Irish Whiskey Renaissance" movement. The distillery is one of the first independent distilleries to be established in Ireland for centuries and specialises in the production of handcrafted premium whiskeys.

For the DINGLE Original Gin, considerable time and resources have been invested in research and production to create a gin of unrivalled quality. As a London Dry Gin, its exceptional ingredients and precise production clearly set it apart from other gins. The botanicals, including rowan berries, rowan, fuchsia, bog, hawthorn, heather, angelica root and coriander, are macerated for 24 hours to fully develop their flavours. This is followed by gentle distillation, which brings the gin to an impressive 70 per cent by volume. In the next step, the distillate is diluted to 42.5 per cent by volume with the purest water from the springs below the Dingle Distillery to achieve the ideal drinking strength.

The result is a gin that is characterised by its complex, multi-layered flavours and captures the wild nature of Ireland in every bottle.
