Xibal Gin is produced using an artisanal distillation process in copper stills. For its production, specific botanicals are used that have their origins in Mesoamerican history to emphasise the cultural links to Guatemalan origins and the pre-Columbian Mayan culture.

The botanicals selected include bay leaf, lemon, black pepper, orange, St John's wort and cardamom.

This approach aims to create a link between ancient Mayan culture and modern Guatemalan culture.

Xibal Gin is therefore not only a spirit that stands out thanks to its careful selection of botanicals and traditional distillation process, but also a cultural heritage that combines the rich history and tradition of Guatemala and the Mayan civilisation and skilfully interweaves it with modern influences.
