The Fernando de Castilla Amontillado Sherry with 17% vol. is a classically matured, dry-aged sherry from the renowned Fernando de Castilla bodega in Jerez de la Frontera. This amontillado impressively combines two maturation styles: organic maturation under flor yeast, as is typical for fino, and subsequent oxidative maturation, which ensures depth, complexity and nutty flavours. The result is a multi-layered, wonderfully structured sherry with elegance and personality.

Made from 100% Palomino Fino, this Amontillado matures traditionally in the Solera system over many years in old oak barrels. The wine impressively reflects the balance between freshness, maturity and depth - an authentic representative of the Andalusian sherry tradition, dry, fine and harmonious.
