Amrut Distilleries Private Limited is a company of the N.R. Jagdale Group, one of the oldest industrial groups in India, also known as the Silicon Valley of India.

The group was founded in 1948 by Mr Radhakrishna Jagdale, initially as a small spirit blending and bottling plant.

Amrut Whisky prides itself on being the first single malt whisky from India. Its name means "nectar of the gods/life" and reflects the exceptional quality and flavour of this whisky.

This single malt is matured in oak casks, triple distilled and bottled in its natural colour without chill filtration.
