Made from 100% Tepeztate agave (Agave Marmorata), one of the rarest and slowest-growing agave varieties, this mezcal offers a depth of flavour that can only be achieved through decades of patience. This particular agave variety requires at least 20 years to fully mature before it is used for mezcal production.

Under the direction of maestro mezcalero Arturo Mártinez, production is carried out using traditional methods. The agave hearts are slowly roasted in earth pits with wood and lava stones to develop the typical smoky notes. After fermentation with natural yeast, double distillation takes place in copper stills, which emphasises the complex aromas of this exceptional agave.
