David's experience as a bartender combined with Erika's knowledge of making smooth tequilas results in this wonderful bottle.

Padrecito is made from 100% blue Weber agave, which is harvested young and aged for only 6 years. After harvesting, the carefully selected agave is steamed for 24 hours in the characteristic brick oven and then left to rest for a further 12 hours in the residual heat of the oven.

A 72-hour fermentation followed by two weeks of stabilisation completes the complicated process and ensures the highest quality and exquisite flavour.
