The Bottega Prosecco Vino Biologico Spumante Extra Dry DOC 11% vol. in a 0.75 l bottle combines the Italian Prosecco tradition with the principles of modern organic viticulture. The renowned Bottega winery produces this organic Prosecco DOC from carefully selected grapes, which are cultivated in accordance with the strict guidelines of organic farming. The aim of this sustainable farming practice is to preserve the natural fertility of the soil whilst protecting the environment. The avoidance of chemical herbicides and the promotion of natural microorganisms in the soil create ideal conditions for high-quality, aromatic grapes.


The cuvée is predominantly based on Glera grapes and is complemented by small proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot. The vineyards benefit from a particularly favourable microclimate in Veneto, with warm days and cool nights, allowing intense and elegant aromas to develop. Following a gentle harvest in mid-September, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation is carried out using the traditional Martinotti method at low temperatures to preserve the freshness and natural character of the grapes. With a residual sugar content of around 15 g/l and a reduced sulphite content, this Italian organic Prosecco is particularly well-balanced, sustainable and modern. It impresses with its versatility and is ideal for both festive occasions and relaxed moments of enjoyment.
