Weingut Polz, located in the south of Styria in Austria, is characterised by its ideal wine-growing location. This white wine, made from the Pinot Gris grape variety, is carefully matured for 9 months in wooden barrels, which gives it a complex structure and fine aroma. Its ageing potential extends into 2030, allowing it to gain depth of flavour over the years. The Polz Pinot Gris is sealed with a screw cap.
