The journey of Plantation Rum Panama 2010 begins with seven years of ageing in bourbon barrels, which gives it an ester content of 8 g/hL. After a further four years of refinement in FERRAND barrels, the rum undergoes its final finish in sherry casks, where it rests for over a year. Bottled in 2023 without the addition of dosage, this rum presents its pure and unadulterated flavours.
