The Desiderio N°1 company lives for craftsmanship: each bottle is lovingly made from the rarest grapes in Veneto, Italy. Traditional winemaking techniques are combined with the latest scientific knowledge and a large portion of joie de vivre. The wines produced are presented in places where art takes centre stage - be it in a restaurant or a gallery. The company's philosophy is emphasised by its own Desiderio N°1 Art Lounges. In these lounges, visitors can admire art from all over the world while enjoying a glass of the excellent Prosecco. The name "Desiderio" means "to desire". As each bottling is produced in a meticulous process, the sparkling wine is created not only to be savoured, but also to be desired.

Desiderio N°1 Prosecco Rosé is an excellent brut sparkling wine made from the best Glera and Pinot Noir grapes from the Biancade di Roncade region in Treviso. The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed slowly and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 °C on indigenous yeast. The wine is then transferred to pressurised stainless steel tanks, where the second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method to create bubbles.
