Aura is a premium brand specialising in the production of fine schnapps and liqueurs that impress with their exceptional quality and authentic taste. The story of Aura Delikatessen began in 2014, when Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delikatessen, became aware of the Aura company in central Istria while on holiday in Croatia. Today, Aura Delikatessen is an established family business that has 15 producers under contract and imports over 200 different products.

Aura Wildbirnel is a fruit brandy made from wild pears in the traditional Croatian way. This high-quality brandy is produced by macerating wild pears in fruit distillate, which takes about half a year to fully extract the intense flavours of the wild pears. The result is a fruit brandy that not only impresses with its natural fruitiness, but also with its authenticity - the brandy is bottled without the addition of artificial colourings or flavourings.

With an alcohol content of 29.5%, this fruit brandy offers a pleasant intensity that perfectly brings out the natural flavours of the wild pears.
