Sustainability is playing an increasingly important role in our society, which is why the Ron Sostenible Triple Cask is also based on a sustainable approach and has been named accordingly. This sustainable rum honours environmental protection, sets high standards and is brought to Europe by ship. The CO2 produced during fermentation is collected by the distillery in pressurised tanks and processed for the production of carbonated drinks. The residue from the distillation is used as a natural fertiliser on sugar cane fields.

The Ron Sostenible Experimental Whisky Cask is matured for 8 years in bourbon barrels. The rum is finished in port casks, which gives it its outstanding notes of port wine.
