This sustainable rum honours environmental protection, sets high standards and is brought to Europe by ship. The CO2 produced during fermentation is collected by the distillery in pressurised tanks and processed for the production of carbonated drinks. The residue from the distillation is used as a natural fertiliser on sugar cane fields.
Roner Sonstenible Experimental Pedro Ximenez matures for 8 years in bourbon casks and then receives its finish in PX sherry casks.
