Aura is a premium brand specialising in the production of fine schnapps and liqueurs that impress with their exceptional quality and authentic taste. Aura's products are made from the finest ingredients and are characterised by their purity and complexity. The story of Aura Delikatessen began in 2014, when Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delikatessen, became aware of the Aura company in central Istria while on holiday in Croatia. Today, Aura Delikatessen is an established family business that has 15 producers under contract and imports over 200 different products.

Aura Orancello is an exceptional orange liqueur from Croatia, made from ripe organic oranges. The oranges are carefully processed, with the peel of the fruit carefully removed as thinly as possible. This is crucial as the white part of the peel must not come into contact with the distillate in order to avoid undesirable bitterness. After peeling, the peel is macerated in an alcoholic distillate, allowing the oranges to release their aromas and characteristic colour into the brandy. This elaborate process not only gives the Orancello an intense, bright colour, but also a particularly intense, fresh fruit flavour.

With an alcohol content of 30.5%, Aura Orancello offers a lively, fruity flavour that perfectly captures the sweet, citrus-fresh essence of the oranges. The sweet but not excessive note harmonises wonderfully with the natural fruitiness.
