Aura is a premium brand specialising in the production of fine schnapps and liqueurs that impress with their exceptional quality and authentic taste. Aura's products are made from the finest ingredients and are characterised by their purity and complexity. The story of Aura Delikatessen began in 2014, when Martin Juric, owner of Aura Delikatessen, became aware of the Aura company in central Istria while on holiday in Croatia. Today, Aura Delikatessen is an established family business that has 15 producers under contract and imports over 200 different products.

Aura Limoncello is a refreshing limoncello from Croatia made from ripe organic lemons. These lemons are carefully washed and the outermost peel is peeled off to extract the full citrus flavour. The freshly peeled lemon peels are then soaked in 95% alcohol for 3-4 weeks. After this time, the mixture is mixed with sugar and heated water to refine the limoncello. The process ends with a week of maturation before the liquor can be filtered and enjoyed.

The liqueur is characterised by its natural sweetness and refreshing citrus notes, which make it an ideal aperitif or digestif.
