The Lokita brand is distributed by BBC Spirits, an independent French spirits distributor founded in 2010. The company is based in the harbour city of Bordeaux in France.

Lokita is produced exclusively by hand using traditional processing methods.

This Lokita Reposado is made from 100% blue agave leaves. The agaves from the Mexican province of Jalisco are only harvested when fully ripe, which gives the reposado its rich, fruity flavours. After the agaves are harvested, they are cooked in a hole in the ground for several days using traditional methods and then double distilled to remove as many impurities as possible. Lokita Tequila Reposado matures for 3 months in oak barrels, some of which are made from high-quality Allier and Limousin oak from France.
