The Barceló Imperial Rare Blends Porto Cask 40% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is a bottling with a strong character from the versatile Rare Blends Collection by Ron Barceló. For this edition, only Dominican sugar cane from the company's own cultivation areas is used, which has given the brand its unmistakable style for decades. The individual distillates are initially matured in selected oak barrels that have been toasted to varying degrees. This variety of barrels gives the rum a complex basic structure, in which both fine roasted flavours and sweet-spicy components intertwine.


After blending, the distinctive finish takes place in tawny port wine barrels, which give the rum additional depth, fruity intensity and an elegant, velvety sweetness. This creates the striking balance of dark fruit, warm spice and smooth texture that makes the Porto Cask stand out within the Rare Blends Collection.
