The Whistler Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish Irish Whiskey is a fine triple-distilled blended Irish whiskey from the Boann Distillery in County Meath. It stands for the finest Irish craftsmanship and exceptional cask art. The whiskey is triple distilled for its soft, multi-layered structure and is first matured in ex-bourbon casks before receiving its characteristic finish in Oloroso sherry casks.


While the bourbon casks give the whiskey its typical warmth, vanilla and sweet honey notes, the subsequent finish in Oloroso sherry casks provides a complex fruitiness and elegant depth. This second maturation decisively shapes the profile of The Whistler - with finely nuanced flavours of dried fruit, nuts and a hint of spice that harmonise wonderfully with the sweet base structure. With an alcohol content of 43% vol., this whiskey displays a perfect balance of Irish mildness, malty sweetness and sherry-accentuated finesse.
