Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Grappa Aldo Bianca, dedicated to the founder Aldo Bottega, is made from a harmonious blend of the most famous and widespread grape varieties in Italy, such as Pinot, Cabernet and Merlot. This careful selection gives the grappa its unique character, which honours the tradition and heritage of Italian wine production.
