Master Distiller Billy Walker spends tireless hours in the warehouses of the GlenAllachie distillery, where he carefully examines around 50,000 barrels. This task requires not only perseverance, but also a keen instinct - but his efforts are rewarded with exceptional results.

The GlenAllachie Wine Cuvée Cask Finish is a perfect example of this philosophy. The composition consists of whiskies matured for at least 10 years, which are first lagered in ex-bourbon casks and then blended together. For the finish, Billy Walker carefully selects wine casks, which give the whisky a harmonious depth and additional complexity.
