The West Cork Maritime Single Malt Irish Whiskey Rum Cask Finished Limited Edition 46% Vol. 0.7 l is an exclusive bottling from the esteemed West Cork Maritime Collection, which stands for its authentic combination of Irish distilling skills and the influence of the Atlantic. Produced by West Cork Distillers in Skibbereen, one of Ireland's most south-westerly distilleries, this limited edition reflects the craftsmanship and innovative spirit of the independent distillery.


The whiskey was first matured in first fill bourbon casks before being finished in selected rum casks from the Consorcio Licorero Nacional - known for its high-quality Caribbean rums. This post-maturing gives the whiskey a fascinating depth that perfectly combines sweet, spicy and slightly roasted notes. The combination of maritime maturation, bourbon oak and rum wood creates a harmonious interplay of flavours with noticeable warmth and character.
