Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The Bottega Negroni is a classic Italian cocktail whose origins date back to the Casoni café in 1919. Back then, Count Negroni ordered an Americano, but with gin instead of soda to make the drink stronger - this is how the legendary Negroni was born. This cocktail is mixed with equal parts Bottega Vermouth Rosso, Bottega Bitter and Bottega Dry Gin, which gives it its unmistakable, balanced flavour.
