The Laphroaig 25 Years Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 2023 47.3% Vol. 0.7 l in a wooden crate is a meisterwerk from the traditional Laphroaig Distillery, located on the rugged south coast of the Scottish island of Islay. Crafted from estate-malted barley, carefully peated and non-chill-filtered, this 25-year-old single malt retains all its natural flavours and textures. It is matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, whose American oak gives the whisky a subtle sweetness, notes of vanilla and a creamy texture. With an alcohol content of 47.3% vol., it was bottled at cask strength - as if you were enjoying it straight from the barrel.


In its youth, the whisky presented itself with strong vanilla and berry flavours, while it became rounder, softer and more nuanced over the decades.
