Polz Sauvignon Blanc Südsteiermark Ried Hochgrassnitzberg, made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, is characterised by its growth on shell limestone soils. Maturation in large wooden barrels gives it a unique structure and depth. With a storage potential until 2031 and sealed with a natural cork, this wine guarantees exceptional development and flavour development over the years.
