Scavi & Ray PROSECCO Spumante is an elegant and sparkling sparkling wine from the renowned Prosecco region in Italy. This Prosecco is made exclusively from the Glera grape variety, which is traditionally used for the production of Prosecco. The grapes for this Prosecco come from the best vineyards in the region, where the Mediterranean climate and well-structured soils provide ideal conditions for growing the Glera grape. These grapes are manually selected at harvest time to obtain only the best, fully ripe grapes, which provide the Prosecco with fresh, fruity flavours.

The Scavi & Ray PROSECCO is produced using the traditional Charmat method. The second fermentation takes place in large pressurised tanks to create the fine perlage and sparkling freshness. This method ensures that the flavours of the grapes are fully preserved and the fruitiness is optimally accentuated. Fermentation at a controlled temperature is carefully monitored to determine the optimum time for bottling. After fermentation, the Prosecco is brought to the perfect level of maturity before being bottled.

This sparkling wine is ideal for immediate consumption, but it can also be stored for a few months to develop its flavours further.
