Although officially declared as a rum-based spirit drink, Pyrat XO is a high-quality blend of various Caribbean rums matured for up to 15 years, which combines depth and sweetness in a unique way.
Pyrat XO Reserve is produced in the Caribbean, with rums from Guyana in particular serving as the base. It is matured in former American oak and French Limousin barrels, which gives the distillate its warm colour and complex flavour. The distinctly sweet, fruity and spicy flavour with notes of orange peel, caramel, vanilla, nutmeg and honey is typical of Pyrat. The blend is aimed at connoisseurs who prefer round, full-bodied spirits - ideal for pure enjoyment or as an elegant component of sophisticated cocktails.
