Zubrowka Rosé is a variant of the classic Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, flavoured with an infusion of natural extracts of raspberries, cranberries, rose hips, rose petals and juniper.
Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka is made from rye by Polmos, a Polish company, and gets its characteristic flavour from the fragrant maria grass (bison grass) that is present in the bottle.
After distillation, the vodka is matured briefly in oak barrels.
The name Zubrowka is derived from the Polish word for Wisent (Polish: Zubr) and has a long tradition dating back to the 14th century. In addition to Zubrowka, Polmos also produces Grasovka vodka.
Zubrowka Rosé is an interesting interpretation of this traditional spirit, combining the flavours of fruit and herbs with the base of Bison Grass Vodka.
