Over four generations, the company has dedicated itself to the refinement of agave cultivation and tequila production. El Mayor anchors its tequila tradition deep in the earth. The tequila is made exclusively from high-quality Weber blue agaves that flourish in the rocky lowlands of Jalisco. These plants grow at an altitude of around 2,300 metres, where the mineral-rich sandy soil produces particularly juicy agaves, giving El Mayor Tequila a characteristic taste that reflects the regional warmth of Jalisco.

El Mayor Reposado matures for at least 9 months in American white oak barrels, which gives it a refined structure, harmonious flavour and an exceptionally smooth finish.
