Their range includes vegan, fructose and sorbitol-tested wines as well as wines with a residual histamine value of less than 0.1 mg/l and, more recently, histamine-free wines.

Weingut Weiss Christian & Thomas Weiss Zuckerlrosa is a speciality of the winery. Although it tastes sweet, it contains no sugar as it is sweetened with stevia, which keeps the sugar level in the blood unaffected. This wine matures in steel tanks and is then bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
