This 10-year-old Irish whiskey is aptly named "Barman's Code" and honours the father of Ciaran Mulgrew, who is the driving force behind The Quiet Man brand. Ciaran's father, John Mulgrew, was a bartender in Belfast for over 50 years and the namesake of the brand. As he always adhered to the "Barman's Code" and never told any stories, he became known as "The Quiet Man".

The special thing about this new bottling is the final maturation in Marsala wine barrels. This not only gives the whiskey a rich texture, but also a wonderful, fruity sweetness that sets it apart from other whiskies.
