Weingut Polz, located in the south of Styria in Austria, is characterised by its ideal wine-growing location. This white wine from the Morillon grape variety, also known as Chardonnay, grows on a soil of shell limestone, clay, sand, limestone marl and slate. It is matured in steel tanks and sealed with a screw cap. It has ageing potential until at least 2026.
