Rochelt Williams pear brandy stands for maximum enjoyment and quality. Only highly flavoured Williams pears from Western Styria, carefully cultivated and harvested by experienced fruit growers, are used for this fruit-intensive brandy. Each pear is selected according to strict quality standards in order to get the best out of the fruit.

After harvesting, a double distillation is carried out to preserve the full flavour of the Williams pears. The brandy then matures for three years in glass balloons, allowing it to develop its characteristic richness and depth of flavour.
