The Bowmore 21 Years Old Sherry Oak Cask Islay Single Malt with 46.8% vol. in a 0.7 litre bottle including gift box is an exceptionally matured bottling that combines the classic Islay style with profound sherry cask complexity. This whisky is produced by the traditional Bowmore Distillery, which has stood for precision, balance and maritime character since 1779. The long maturation period of 21 years gives this Islay single malt remarkable depth and a multi-layered structure that harmoniously combines strength, elegance and maturity.


Careful cask management is at the heart of this bottling. After a long maturation in selected oak casks, the whisky receives its final epilogue finish in first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This final phase emphasises the master blender's signature and expands the flavour spectrum with additional depth, warmth and structure. The whisky has an expressive, autumnal colour and displays an exceptional range of flavours, combining the smoky Bowmore style with sweet and spicy sherry influences. Bottled at 46.8%, without chill-filtration and without colouring, the full texture and aromatic density is retained.
