Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, siblings and founders of NORK, have been pursuing the mission of making schnapps socially acceptable again since 2016. With their close bond and long-standing friendship, they are working to reinterpret the traditional spirit and bring a breath of fresh air to the spirits landscape. The focus is on developing innovative liqueurs that present Korn in a modern context and break up the outdated perception of this category.

The basis for this liqueur is NORK Korn, which meets the apple juice from Klimaapfel. The message behind Klimaapfel is "battered, but not knocked out", as 2nd choice apples are given a new use here. Although these apples have visual defects such as small dents, they offer the same premium flavour and quality as 1st choice apples. The external appearance of apples often determines their value, although the internal characteristics remain unchanged.

The juice from climate apples is therefore not only convincing in terms of flavour, but also sets an example for sustainability. In combination with NORK Doppelkorn, a high-quality product is created that is characterised by its special nuances of flavour. As this is a natural product, shaking is recommended before drinking.

This liqueur is limited to 1,000 bottles.
