Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega Star White is a millesimato sparkling wine made from a careful vinification of Moscato, Glera, Chardonnay and Pinot grapes. Compared to other Bottega wines, it is characterised by new features, including an adjusted sugar content (Demisec) and an aroma dominated by peach, tropical fruit and floral notes. These specific grape varieties have been carefully selected to create a harmonious product on an organoleptic level. In addition, the use of Pinot Noir ensures an improved shelf life for the wine.
