The Irish whisky distillery Teeling Distillery, which opened in Dublin back in 1782, has secured itself a firm place in the history of Irish whisky over the centuries. After the distillery was renovated in 2015 and reopened just a few metres from its original location, it quickly became a popular tourist attraction. This is mainly due to the fact that visitors can gain unique insights into the entire production process and experience the art of whisky distilling up close.

The Teeling 21 Year Old Rising Reserve No. 3 is a remarkable single malt Irish whiskey and is the first bottling in Teeling's prestigious Rising Reserve Collection. This whisky is made from carefully selected casks from the distillery's best and oldest single malts, making it a true rarity.

It was first matured for 18 years in ex-bourbon casks before receiving a three-year finish in fine ruby port casks, which gives it a distinctive flavour and exceptional depth. It is particularly noteworthy that the whisky is bottled without chill-filtration, which preserves its natural structure and fullness.
