The outstanding flavour of Sibona La Speziata Grappa Reserve is no coincidence, but the result of craftsmanship, high-quality ingredients and decades of experience. For the production of this grappa, the distillery only uses first-class pomace, which is sourced directly from the surrounding vineyards in the region. A special feature of Sibona La Speziata Grappa Reserve is its unique barrel ageing process.

Specially selected barrels made from fine woods are used for this, giving the grappa its unmistakable, elegant flavour. This careful ageing process ensures that the grappa not only develops its aromatic depth, but also acquires a harmonious and spicy character that sets it apart from other grappas and makes it a real treat.
