The cuvée is based on the classic blend of the three most important Champagne grape varieties. Pinot Noir forms the structural backbone of the champagne with 40-50% and provides intensity and depth, with around 10% red wine. Pinot Meunier makes up 30-40% of the blend and adds fruitiness and balance, also with around 10% red wine. Chardonnay (10-20%) provides elegance and freshness. The blend is complemented by 20-30% reserve wines, which give the Champagne Brut Rosé additional complexity, suppleness and consistent quality. With a dosage of around 7 g/l, this Champagne Brut is dry, harmonious and balanced.
