The renowned Glen Scotia Distillery is one of Campbeltown's last remaining distilleries and has been synonymous with authentic Scottish single malts with an unmistakable coastal character since the 19th century. The Double Cask combines classic bourbon cask maturation with a finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, creating a harmonious balance of fruitiness, sweetness and spicy oak.

Maturation begins in selected first-fill bourbon casks, which lend the whisky creamy vanilla and caramel flavours. The Glen Scotia Double Cask is then given an additional finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in intense fruit flavours and elegant sweetness. With a strong 46% alcohol content, this Scottish single malt whisky is full-bodied, smooth and complex. It is also not chill-filtered, which preserves its natural flavours and full texture. Glen Scotia is characterised by its fine maritime note, which combines elegantly with fruit, malt and sherry spice.
