Dellavalle Grappa, a first-class representative of the Italian art of distillation, is made from the highest quality pomace grapes from the picturesque Monferrato region. Distillation takes place in small water baths, a particularly gentle process that preserves the fine flavours of the grapes and gives the grappa its incomparable purity and elegance.

After distillation, the grappa is aged for a full 10 years in carefully selected oak barrels that were previously used to mature port wine. This special choice of barrels not only gives the grappa its warm, golden colour, but also a unique richness of flavour characterised by sweet fruity notes, soft woody aromas and a subtle spiciness.
