Weingut Emil Bauer & Söhne in Landau-Nußdorf (Palatinate) combines tradition with an innovative Zeitgeist. The grapes for this Emil Bauer Pinot Gris Bullshit grow on clay, limestone and loess soils, which give it its finesse and minerality. The ideal climatic conditions in the Palatinate ensure that the grapes ripen under optimal conditions and can develop their aromatic power.

Once fully ripe, the grapes are harvested quickly and during cooler periods of the day to preserve the freshness of the flavours.
