Dewar's 8 Years Caribbean Smooth is produced using traditional Scottish methods and is characterised by a special maturation process that gives it its unmistakable character. After carefully selecting the barley, the process begins with milling, followed by fermentation and distillation, before the whisky is finished in high-quality rum casks.
Maturation in these specially selected casks for at least eight years ensures a harmonious combination of sweet and spicy notes that give the whisky its characteristic flavours.
