Description
The Cattin winery, founded in 1720, is one of the oldest and most renowned family wineries in Alsace. For over three centuries, the name Cattin has stood for quality, innovation and passion in viticulture. Situated in the picturesque village of Voegtlinshoffen, close to the famous wine route, the estate benefits from the region's unique terroirs, which offer ideal conditions for the cultivation of fine grape varieties.
Crémant d'Alsace Brut Cattin Rosé is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which thrive on carbonate-clay soils in Alsace. The hand-picked grapes undergo a precise fermentation at 18 °C to preserve the fruity flavours in the best possible way. The second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method ensures a fine perlage and a perfect balance of flavour. After ageing, the crémant is carefully bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
This rosé crémant impresses with its sophistication, fruitiness and lively structure, making it an ideal companion for special occasions.
