It is then matured using the Solera process, in which the rum is aged in former American oak bourbon barrels. This process ensures a harmonious combination of flavours and contributes significantly to the quality of the end product.

The Juanillo Oliver family, which has Cuban roots, can look back on a long tradition of rum production. The Solera process involves transferring some of the rum from younger barrels to older ones, which ensures a consistently high level of maturity.
