Made from 100% espadín agave, it is slowly roasted in stone ovens with pine wood, giving it its characteristic smoky depth. The entirely artisanal production ensures that the natural aromas and flavours are brought out in all their glory.

After a careful five-day fermentation, double distillation takes place to preserve its flavours in their purest form. Behind this outstanding quality is Master of Tequila Tomas Mendez, whose expertise makes this mezcal a true meisterwerk.
