Description
The history of the Maschio family dates back to the 19th century, when Antonio Maschio founded a small distillery in San Pietro di Feletto, laying the foundations for a long tradition in the production of high-quality spirits and sparkling wines. In 2002, Beniamino Maschio took over the De Bernard winery with the aim of producing excellent Prosecco and sparkling wines. Today, the name stands for quality, innovation and Italian craftsmanship.
This Prosecco is made from a harmonious cuvée of the Glera, Verdiso and Perera grape varieties. The grapes are harvested in mid-September, carefully selected and gently pressed to preserve their freshness and flavour. Controlled fermentation at 20 °C brings out the fine fruit flavours to their best advantage. The Prosecco then matures for two months in stainless steel tanks, giving it its characteristic freshness and elegance.
